Fusion Thermal Recon 3 (TC500) is a multi-use thermal optic that is supplied with two different kinds of eyepieces, one which allows the optic to be used as a handheld monocular, and a second which allows the optic to be used as a clip-on attachment on a traditional day scope. Thermals are equipped for day or night use, it does not need any external light source to function.
